Yes, Pets are allowed only on designated Pet-Friendly trips. Each passenger may bring one small to medium-sized pet in a clean, secure carrier placed on the adjacent seat (regular fare applies). Pets must wear diapers and should not be fed during travel. Chickens must be in a ventilated carrier with a valid BAI permit. Boarding may be denied if these requirements are not met or for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Senior Citizens, PWDs, and students with valid IDs are entitled to a 20% discount in accordance with LTFRB Memorandum Circular No. 2005-022. Children 1 meter and below travel free if seated on a parent's or guardian's lap. Children 1.0–1.3 meters receive a 50% discount on non-airconditioned buses and 20% on airconditioned buses. Children over 1.3 meters pay full fare, unless eligible for a 20% PWD or student discount. Students must select "Student" during booking to avail of the discount. For P2P routes, any child occupying a seat will be charged the full fare, unless eligible for a student discount.
