For everyone’s convenience, all pets must wear diapers, remain supervised by their fur parent, and stay inside their designated carrier or cage during the trip.

Arrival Time and Check-in

Arrive at least 1 hour before departure. Prepare your e-ticket for scanning. Seniors and students must present valid IDs.

Rebooking Policy

Rebooking requests are permitted only if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. For trips departing within 24 hours, passengers must submit an email request, which will be subject to review and approval.

Yes, Pets are allowed only on designated Pet-Friendly trips. Each passenger may bring one small to medium-sized pet in a clean, secure carrier placed on the adjacent seat (regular fare applies). Pets must wear diapers and should not be fed during travel. Chickens must be in a ventilated carrier with a valid BAI permit. Boarding may be denied if these requirements are not met or for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

What are the passenger fare policies and guidelines?

Senior Citizens, PWDs, and students with valid IDs are entitled to a 20% discount in accordance with LTFRB Memorandum Circular No. 2005-022. Children 1 meter and below travel free if seated on a parent's or guardian's lap. Children 1.0–1.3 meters receive a 50% discount on non-airconditioned buses and 20% on airconditioned buses. Children over 1.3 meters pay full fare, unless eligible for a 20% PWD or student discount. Students must select "Student" during booking to avail of the discount. For P2P routes, any child occupying a seat will be charged the full fare, unless eligible for a student discount.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when the trip is cancelled or changed by the company.
