Pet Friendly Travel Requirements
Pet-Carrier Guidelines
All pets must be placed inside a sturdy, clean, secure, and escape-proof pet carrier throughout the trip. The carrier should provide enough space for the pet to move comfortably while ensuring the safety and convenience of all passengers onboard. Proper ventilation and secure locks are highly recommended for safe travel.
Allow Pets and Passenger Limit
Only small to medium-sized dogs and cats are allowed onboard designated pet-friendly buses. Each passenger is permitted to travel with only one pet to help maintain comfort, cleanliness, and proper space allocation for all passengers during the journey.
Requirements for Chickens and Other Animals
Chickens and similar animals must be transported inside a secure cock box with proper ventilation to ensure safe travel. Passengers must also present a valid permit issued by the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) before boarding to comply with travel and transport regulations.
Feeding and Pet Care During Travel

Passengers traveling with pets are encouraged to look for designated pet-friendly buses marked with official “Pet-Friendly” signage. These special trips are scheduled daily at 1:00 PM to provide a safer, more convenient, and organized travel experience for passengers and their pets.
Company Rights and Compliance
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if pets do not meet travel requirements, including the absence of diapers, proper carriers, or updated vaccination records. These policies are implemented to prioritize the safety, comfort, and welfare of all passengers onboard.
Pet Size Guidelines
- Small (Below 24 lb / 10 kg) – Ideal for lap carriers and compact pet cages. Examples: Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, French Bulldog, Toy Poodle.
- Medium (25–59 lb / 11–26 kg) – Requires secured carriers or designated pet accommodations. Examples: Bulldog, Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, Aspin.
- Large (60–99 lb / 27–45 kg) – Must travel in durable, spacious carriers with prior coordination. Examples: Golden Retriever, Rottweiler.
- Giant (100+ lb / 45+ kg) – Subject to approval and special transport arrangements for safety and comfort. Examples: Great Dane, Mastiff.
For everyone’s convenience, all pets must wear diapers, remain supervised by their fur parent, and stay inside their designated carrier or cage during the trip.
